Inside
Our intimate chapel building was designed for indoor ceremonies and holds up to 170 people. Perfect as a year-round ceremony space, or as a convenient backup location in the case of inclement weather.
Our main reception hall holds up to 200 people and was designed for parties and large gatherings. Both buildings are heated and cooled all year, and feature light, bright interiors with more windows than you can count. Our main hall features six sets of modern glass doors that open completely to a full 10-foot width onto two timber-framed party patios with lights and fans so that guests can stay comfortable indoors and out. On a pleasant day, throw the doors open and bring the outdoors in!
Our professional prep kitchen and commercial refrigerator are equipped for your catering and cuisine needs. Our custom-made mobile bar is included and ready for use anywhere on the property. We provide all tables and chairs, including six 24-inch round cocktail tables, 25 eight-foot wooden tables, and 210 matching wooden crossback chairs. Your wedding package includes a personalized floor plan and all tables and chairs set up for your event.
Need privacy, storage, or space to get your group ready? We offer two private, beautiful bridal party suites to use as needed on your big day.
Outside
Have you always dreamed of an outdoor wedding? Are you wanting unbeatable natural backdrops with a variety of photo ops? Looking to unplug and enjoy the outdoors? We’re situated on 15 private acres of land where you’ll find a spacious pond, mature woods, an evergreen forest, babbling brook, spring wildflowers, summer berries, fall foliage, and winter snowfalls - truly the perfect natural setting for incredible photo opportunities all year long. In between our buildings, we’ve designed a courtyard of green space for fresh air, mingling, outdoor cocktail hour, and yard games.
Details
High-speed internet and wi-fi are available. Our entire property is ADA compliant and handicap accessible. Trash and recycling on-site for easy clean-up. On-site parking is provided. Our convenient circle drive makes for easy drop-offs under our covered front entrance. A venue staff member will be on-site during your event.
Planning
Your package includes a 14-hour rental period on the day of your wedding. Your booking also includes a 1-hour rehearsal time and an optional 1-hour planning meeting with us at the venue before your big day. When you book with us, you’ll get access to our curated list of preferred vendors to assist you in planning your event.
Upgrades
Lighting packages are available for an additional fee. Options include bistro lighting in the main hall and/or on our party patio spaces. Professional wedding coordinator available for an additional fee and pending availability. Looking for extra time to party, set up, or tear down? You can add more time to your included 14-hour package for an additional hourly rate.

PARTIES, SHOWERS, GALAS, & GATHERINGS
special events
We offer convenient weekday bookings, hourly rentals, or half- and full-day packages, customized for your unique event. The Wellspring is available for booking galas, corporate events, baby & bridal showers, photo shoots, workshops, retreats, parties, reunions, markets, and soirees of all sorts.
Hourly rentals include your choice of one or both of our buildings, as well as access to all of our listed amenities and private grounds.
